Welcome to The Joyful Bee! We’re a family of four (eight if you count fur babies!), who believes in finding peace at home. Your home is where you spend most of your time, it should be your safe space to sit back, relax, and shed the worries of the world. Changing the feeling your home gives you is like dieting- the experts say crash dieting doesn’t work! The same can be said for creating your home space. Start small- whether that be changing your habits or changing your design!

Kayla grew up in Milton, Florida, the second oldest of four children (two sisters and a brother) and strongly values family and community. She married her husband, PJ, in 2014 and welcomed their daughter, Annabella in 2015. They became a family of four in 2018 with the birth of their son, Lincoln. Kayla enjoys baking, hanging out at home, and inspiring other to be their true selves.

Troy, Kayla’s younger brother, also grew up in Milton, Florida. Troy is the third of four and the only brother. Troy owns a home in Pace, Florida with his girlfriend, Savannaha, and their two dogs, Bonnie and Bailey. Troy served in the Marine Corps before coming back to Pace and settling down. He enjoys Green Bay football and working on various projects.
