Y’allll! I am so excited this week. We have done a few pop-up booths at local markets, but we just signed the papers for permanent booth at a local shop in our town! I am SO excited.
When we decided to really push our business in January after my grandfather died, I really didn’t know what our business would look like (and I still don’t), but we have been making small steps every week to create the business of our dreams.
We’ve had some successful pop-up booths, and some unsuccessful pop-up booths, and have used those experiences to shape our business. I’ve been really happy with our booth design.
In the coming weeks, we have a pop-up market booth at a local store called Alyssa’s on May 8th. This market is a big last minute Mother’s Day Gifts market, so I think we will do well!
For our markets we ordered shirts with our logos from Etsy to help identify our brand. I am so in love with them! We purchased them from LittleRedMareApparel on Etsy.
We also purchased a stamp so we could stamp all our our paper shopping bags. I think this gives just a little something extra. We also use our stamp to stamp the backs of our products for better brand recognition. The stamps we also purchased off Etsy from 904Custom. These shipped really fast. We just sent over our logo and they created the stamps.
Then on May 14th, we will be setting up our permanent indoor booth at Mollie’s Unique Finds here in Pace, FL. We’ve been working on drawing out our booth and building the structures.
The other day I found an old pew bench that was definitely in need of some love. I decided to paint it with black chalk paint and we are going to use it in our booth to display items. It turned out so great! I can’t wait to use it in our booth.
I plan to put our logo on it and write descriptions and pricing on the chalk paint for the items we display on it. I’ve painted it, but when I get it all finished and set up in the booth, I will update y’all on how we set everything up.
We are also working on building a faux wall and I’m painting some side tables as well. I can’t wait to show y’all the final booth all put together! We are excited and feeling blessed for this wonderful opportunity.
What do y’all vendor booths look like? I would love to see some in the comments!
